Historical reconstruction of the granting of the privilege by Otto II

In 983 the emperor granted administrative autonomy to Lazise and in fact it became the first municipality in Italy. The main event of the festival is on Sunday at 11:45 a.m. in Piazza Vittorio Emanuele, with the reading of the “Prìvìlegìum Ottonìs II” with actors in period costume.
