The prehistoric finds of Rivoli Veronese
The area south of the urban area of Rivoli is characterised by the rocky spur of the Rocca, overlooking the Chiusa dell’Adige, the site of important finds from a prehistoric settlement from the Neolithic age; the remains of a medieval castle from the 11th century are also visible. Some of the finds are on display at the National Archaeological Museum in Verona and at the Pigorini Museum in Rome.
