Bardolino

Bardolino
Bardolino, enchanting from sunrise to sunset
Bardolino, an enchanting village on the Riviera degli Ulivi, overlooks the lake’s western between Garda and Lazise. Synonymous with good wine, the name of this ancient fishing village derives from the Longobard and means “the Longobards’ little place”.
From the village’s lakefront, looking east, you can admire the sunrise over Mount Baldo and glimpses of one of the most fascinating peaks of the Venetian Prealps.

What to do in Bardolino
Bardolino is the village on the lake where you can enjoy a holiday in freedom and in contact with nature. Its lakeside promenade and cycle-pedestrian path run along the shores of Lake Garda and offer amazing landscapes to be photographed. The ideal place for an active holiday, Bardolino also offers relaxation by the lake, fine wines to taste, the unforgettable flavours of the Garda area and long nights of fun. In the ” Longobards’ small place” you can also discover the traditions and fun on the lake shore with the “Festa dell’uva e del Vino Bardolino” held in October, the “Palio del Chiaretto”, the Christmas markets and the curious “Sagra dei osei” in Cisano.
